Sales Estimating Assistant personnel are responsible for printing drawings, providing detail description of finish processes and assisting Lead Sales Estimator with computer input.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
•· Assist Finish Estimator with RFQ's from customers for new parts.
•· Determine processing requirements and part sizes.
•· Track down jobs on the shop floor to attach purchase orders changes.
•· Complete data entry into the part maintenance program.
•· Create and enter data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
•· Update Finish Quote file.
•· Assist planners by printing drawings and engineering
•· Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
•· Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
•· Follow work rules and standard safety regulations at all times.
Maintain safe working practice's and insure area is clean and free of any possible dangerous situations.
•· Perform all other duties as assigned.
•· U.S. Person status required due to export control
•· Basic computer literacy in Windows environment and basic literacy in MS Office
•· Experience using Visual or willingness to learn
•· Willingness to learn Boeing redars
•· Adaptable to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace

•· High school diploma or equivalent
•· 1 year Aerospace experience preferred.
